Installation Procedure  

 Unzip the downloaded file and double click the setup.exe to install a keyboard layout.

To add/remove Keyboard Layouts for Windows XP

Double click “Regional and Language options” icon
Press “Language” tab
Press “Detail” button
Press “Add” button
Select “Input Language: "Urdu", and Keyboard layout/IME : ”Phonetic"

To remove select a layout and press “Remove” button

To add/remove Keyboard Layouts for Windows Vista

Double click “Regional and Language options” icon
Press “Keyboard and Languages” tab
Press “Change keyboards…” button
Press “Add” button
Select “Input Language: "Urdu", and Keyboard: ”Phonetic"

To remove select a layout and press “Remove” button

To add/remove Keyboard Layouts for Windows 7/8/8.1/10

If you are using Windows Vista, after installing the above keyboard you can type Urdu on your Windows Vista Computer. To switch between Urdu and English keyboard, you can press Alt+Shift. Or on your taskbar you can see EN or UR and click on it to select the language.
